Simple yet stunning drop leaf table

$0.00

Drop leaf tables date back to The Elizabethan and Jacobean periods and were very common in the late 1600’s and to the early 1700’s. Perfect for crowed or small spaces, a drop leaf table can be used in many places; kitchen, dining room, behind a couch or den. The leaves are folded down and out of the way until you need the space for entertaining. Many of the early American drop leaf tables were made from pine or maple but many others brought over from England were very ornate and highly decorated.   While styles have changed over the course of time the classic drop leaf table has not. The simplicity of the drop leaf table and the authenticity of American history has tremendous charm whether you have one built from rustic old pine or smooth old oak.   This photo is built from reclaimed, medium textured, old oak, turned legs,  and is finished in our antique walnut shade.  Built with a 20″ center and (2) 10″ drops.   Calculate price thru drop down menus.
